Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Payment Information We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. 8% sales tax will be added at checkout to all orders shipped within Pennsylvania. For all other states, please check your state laws regarding remittance of sales or use tax on online purchases.

Custom orders are final and non refundable. All returns should be shipped to the following address via prepaid, insured mail, please include your RAC or return authorization code:

We are not responsible for any items lost or stolen in the return delivery to us, we highly recommend you also add tracking on your package.

Return Policy Items may be returned within 10 days for a full refund. Returns after 10 days, but less than 30 days may be exchanged or receive store credit. Merchandise must be original and unworn condition and accompanied by original gift box with warranty cards and explanation booklets intact. Closeouts, special orders, altred pieces (including ring size) and custom pieces are not returnable or exchangeable. Items purchased or held in layaway may be returned for a full refund or exchange. Original sales receipt must be presented and items must be in new condition to receive a refund. All refunds (except cash payments) will be given in the same manner as originally purchased. All cash payments will be refunded by a check that will be mailed within ten (10) business days. Refund checks will be sent to the name and address of original purchaser. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been altered, re-sized (by a jeweler other than Barsky Diamonds), or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. The following reasons will void the 10-day return policy:

  1. If a diamond is set in a Semi-Mounting by anyone other than Barsky Diamond
  2. If the ring has been worn
  3. Any special orders
  4. Sized outside of Barsky Diamonds' recommended sizing parameters
  5. Any head changes
  6. Any product missing the original sales receipt is non-refundable and non-exchangeable
  7. Custom made and or altered
  8. Custom engraved items

Layaway's will be held with a minimum deposit of 20% of the total purchase price and three equal monthly payments thereafter. Merchandise will be returned to stock if the payment criteria is not met. Cancelled layaway's will be refunded in the same tender type(s) used (except cash payments). All cash payments will be mailed within fifteen (15) business days. Refund checks will be sent under name and address of original purchaser.

Once we receive your returned item, it will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. Upon acceptance, your refund or new item will be processed. Returns with no Barsky Diamonds return authorization code and packages that are improperly packaged will be refused receipt.

Processing & Shipping Once your order has been placed, we will contact you with an estimated time of arrival. We ship all of our orders out via USPS Priority Mail with tracking and insurance.
